Do you take reservations?
We do not take reservations but we definitely do appreciate a heads up if you’re going to come by with a large party so that we can staff appropriately and make sure that no guests is waiting too long for service. If you are interested in buying out the back patio or the whole bar you can email info@thefable.la with details.
Are dogs allowed?
As long as your pup isn’t causing issues with our guests, staff or other dogs then you can totally bring them to hang with you on the front patio. The back patio allows party animals but no doggos.
Are kids allowed on the front patio?
The Al Fresco patio installed in the front by the city is supposed to be an extension of our bar’s liquor license, which does not allow for guests under the age of 21.
Do you have Happy Hour?
We sure do, from 5pm-7pm every day the week! It includes $2 off all draft or cans of beer/cider/seltzer/kombucha, $3 off all glasses of wine, $7 well drinks and $9 classic cocktails. When is karaoke happening???
Hi Ho Karaoke happens every Thursday from 8p-2a with your hosts, Tommy Two Shoes & Doc Brown. We also host ‘event karaoke’ on Monday nights from 8:30p-12:30a which rotates between sad song Blue Mondays, ‘Buzz Kill’ Elimination Karaoke and Live Band Karaoke w/Casual Encounters.
The Fable is a watering hole in the eclectic neighborhood of Eagle Rock in Northeast Los Angeles.
Our focus is on making sure you have an amazing night every time you visit us. You’ll find DJs, Karaoke, Live Music, great guest service, a ton of spirits and a killer rotating draft beer selection.
